Refund and returns policy is provided below as part of our Buyer Protection Policy and to ensure the customers’ satisfaction.

Refunds

Cases to refund payment:

1- Approved Order Cancellation request

2- Product not received within 75 days from the time of order.

3- Damaged: Refund is subject for providing proof of damage

What shall customer do to request refund?

1- In case of approved Order Cancellation/Return Request, Walashee will refund the amount within 14 – 20 days

2- For the Not Received Products within 75 days from the time of order, customer should contact the local post office and get the status of the delivery and then send an email to support@walashee.com. Walashee team will inform the customer about the next step regarding the refund

3- In case of receiving the product partially or completely damaged, customer should send email to support@walashee.com providing the proof of damage. Walashee team will inform the customer about the next step regarding the refund

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns

What shall the customer do to return the product?

Before returning the product, customer should send email to support@walashee.com and explain the reason of return. Walashee team will advise the customer about the next steps and the mailing address to send the product to.

When customer can return a product?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Also, customer should contact Walashee within 7 days from receiving the product according to shipment tracking status.

Do Walashee provide a Free Return?

Since Walashee works with different suppliers, it is dependent on whether suppliers may offer a free return.

Why do you need to return the product?

1- Product not as described.

2- Damaged product.

3- Product received is not the same as ordered one (i.e. different color or model).

What Next

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, according to the above Refund policy.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
